Dusit International welcomes GHA Staff Exchange from Washington DCDusit international “kicked off” the first of the Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) Staff Exchanges, within the member hotel chains, by welcoming the Omni representative to Dusit Thani Bangkok this week. The GHA Staff Exchange Program selected a candidate who will best represent the member company and share best practice skills on their return. Thus, in line with this program, Dusit International warmly welcomes Mr. Kyung Soo Carroll who has more than ten years of professional culinary and kitchen management experience. Kyung’s exemplary leadership qualities and professionalism from Omni Shoreham, Washington DC provided him with the recognition for the three month exchange program commencing at Dusit Thani Bangkok, followed by dusitD2 chiang mai. Senior Vice President Mr Octavio Gamarra said in his welcoming speech to Kyung “We are proud and excited to be the beta site for this new programme with our Global Hotel Alliance partners. It is with these new challenges for our staff that we will create our hotel leaders for the future”.
